It's easy to change or reset your password. Just follow the relevant steps below: On Desktop click on "Join/Sign up" to view the login screen, then select on "Continue with email". Click "Forgot Password" to receive an email with instruction to reset your password.
Via the Mobile app Go the Sign In screen and scroll down to the bottom. Tap Forgot password. You'll be prompted to enter the email address for your TV Guide account. Tap "Email Password", and you'll be sent a password reset email. Note: If you'd like to change the password that was sent to you, you'll need to do in "Profile Management" via website only.
